Present Rural Service Projects: Reaching the Unreached and Serving the Unserved
The activities of the Trust are focused in locations that lack basic medical and healthcare facilities and are addressed to the rural inhabitants belonging to under privileged class

Weekly Out-Patient Clinics

•   Weekly out-patient clinics in 12 centres covering nearly 58 Villages in 3 states, namely Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.
•   Free medicines provided to around 2500 to 3000 patients per month.
•   Around 250 patients provided regular treatment and free medicines for diabetes and hypertension.
•   Free surgeries arranged in tie-up with top-notch hospitals to supplement the weekly out-patient clinics; so far 134 Cardiac, Eye, Dental and ENT free surgeries
   arranged.
•   Special focus on de-worming and anaemia among children.

Annadhanam (Poor Feeding)

“Know for certain, that he who feeds the hungry, really serves Me with food. Regard this as an axiomatic Truth”. (Shri Sai Satcharitra: Chapter 42). The Trust pursues feeding the impoverished villagers in full faith to shirdi Sai ′s advice that the best form of service is feeding the poor.
•   Annadhanam (Poor Feeding) in 6 centres in Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.
•   Providing food to around 4500 to 5000 persons per month.

Future Plans

•  Extension of locations for weekly out patient clinics and annadhanam
•  Augment preventive care through awareness on health, hygiene and proper diet.
•  Provide access to safe and clean drinking water to inhabitants in villages without such access.
• Set up disaster management mechanism to help during natural calamities like earthquake, flood, tsunami etc.
• Provide quality education in villages where out patient clinics and poor feeding are currently on
