Food Distribution

Annadhanam (Food Distribution)

Annadhanam or Food distribution as it is called, usually takes place on the second Sunday of every month. The food is cooked with intense care by volunteers who are working professionals like all of us and take out time to prepare a healthy meal. Usually, every food distribution begins with a small food prayer, to invoke the blessings of the Lord.

Approximately 600-700 poor and needy people are served once a month with delicious, nutritious food that consists of a balanced mix of proteins and carbohydrates. The food served is purely vegetarian. Enclosed are pictures of food distribution that was held at Shivam, Hyderabad.
